Sera SAS manufactures and sells its articles of clothing and accessories directly and indirectly under the brand name Sera. Sera SAS is registered to 18 Rue Chanzy, 75011 Paris with the Siret number : 89501809100010
The following Terms and Conditions are applied to all use of the website and orders placed on this website, www.sera-studio.com, adapting to the French Law, regardless of the delivery country.
These General Terms and Conditions are to inform the customer ( the buyer ) of its rights and obligations within the sale of the goods through www.sera-studio.com .
Please read and understand these Terms and Conditions before submitting your order. Each purchase is subject to the Terms and Conditions. An order can only be placed once you accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Sera has the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any given time. The terms and conditions at the time of the order will be taken in to account in the case of modifications.
Articles
Please note that Sera does not guarantee that all products presented on the website ( made-to order and pre-order products included ) are and will be in stock or are and will be available for purchase. Sera preserves its right to withdraw a product from sale at any time. Sera preserves its right to cancel an order at any time.
In the case of the unavailability of the items, the customer will be informed and refunded by the original method of payment.
In the case of the unavailability of some articles within an order, the customer will notified and the unavailable items will be refunded in the method of original payment. Please note that in the case of refunds made to the credit card, the time of refund will be depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Products in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. The confirmation email arrives to the e-mail address the customer has provided at the time of the order. In the case the non-receipt of the confirmation email, the customer is encouraged to check the spam , and if not contact contact@sera-studio.com
Sera takes great care to present the products of this website yet can not guarantee that the real products corresponds to the visuals on the screen. Therefore, Sera does not take responsibility for any non-substantial errors.
Please note that some hand-woven textiles might have their subtle differences in color, texture and these are not defects and are expected given the unique character of each piece.
The customer who does not wish to have a data backup under their account do have the right to not have to create an account on the site to place an order. In this case , an invoice in electronic format will be sent via email at the date of the expedition of the order.
Prices
All the prices are indicated in euros.
The prices seen on the website are inclusive of Taxes for the European Union region only. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost of non-EU orders.
Orders places from countries outside the EU will be subject to Duties and Taxes, meaning they will be shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU).
We cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be communicated and collected from you by the carrier. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs might be prior to your order.
The customers will receive, upon confirmation of the order, for each item, the written confirmation of the price paid detailing the price of the items.
Prices may be modified by Sera at any moment, but the prices applied are those shown on the website at the time of the order. Prices do not include shipping fees. The shipping fees are indicated during check out.
Payments
The website provides with the following modes of payment:

Debit takes place at the moment the order is validated.
Delivery and Shipping
Orders are processed within the receipt of the confirmation e-mail. The customers are informed of an approximate delivery time for each order and item at the time of the order. The delivery times can vary from one product to another, specially for pre-order items. The suggested delivery times can also be subject to change, and Sera can not be held responsible for such changes and no claim for compensation of any nature can be claimed by the customer.
Please note that shipping costs are not included in the prices displayed. They will be calculated during checkout, at the time of the purchase. The customer will receive a notification and a tracking number when their order is ready to ship. The customer can be provided a returns slip if needed. If the customer wants to return the items, he / she should note that the Return shipping costs will be deducted from their refund. A proforma invoice for returns is needed to complete returns without extra costs. This will be provided to the customer by email or within the package. The customer can also arrange the return via a carrier of their choice. In this case , a tracking number must be provided and we do not take responsibility in any packages lost or damaged during the return process.
The items ordered by the customer are delivered to the address indicated by the customer as delivery address on their order.
A tracking number is always provided when your item is ready to ship.
Damaged package or damages articles, missing articles
The customer, or the recipient of the order is invited to check the apparent condition of the package and items on delivery.
In case of anomaly relating to the package or the item(s) ordered by the customer, the customer must email within 7 days contact@sera-studio.com with detailed information and photographs. Following this, the customer service can ask the item is to be returned. In this case the customer will be asked to follow the same return procedure stated in the terms and conditions but will not be charged for the return costs.
Returns and Exhanges
When returning an item, please do inform us by email at contact@sera-studio.com indicating your original order number.
You can return your item within 14 days of receipt. For exchanges , you need to send the item back within 14 days of receipt using the pre-paid return label provided. You can then order your new item.
In the case of and return, you careturn your item using the pre-paid shipping label provided by us or by a carrier of your choice.
Please note that if you use the pre-paid return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you would like to have additional information on the availability of a certain product or if you have any questions and concerns regarding your return, please reach out to us.
Sera has the right to deny any returns after the 14 day period.
How to return the item(s):
• Place the items in the original box or envelope and the original shipping box or other sturdy cardboard box. Securely tape the box shut.
• Use the return label provided in your original parcel or by mail and place it on the shipping box. Follow the instructions on the return label to arrange the pickup of your parcel. If you use a carrier of your choice, you are responsible of arranging the drop off of your package.
• For returns operated from a country outside of the EU, please make three copies of the proforma invoice provided in your original package or by email and insert these copies into a plastic sleeve and attach it to the outside of your shipping box. It is necessary to indicate the returned quantity and the total price, and cross the items you are not returning.
Refunds
The refund will be credited to the credit card of the buyer who holds the card or to the customer’s PayPal account depending on the original form of payment.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
No refund will be made if the item is not returned in perfect condition, meaning exactly as the condition sent. They can not be damaged or altered or incomplete in any way. If this is the case, it will be sent to you, at your expense. If you believe the item you have received was faulty or damaged upon delivery, you need to contact us within 7 days with photographs and description of the damage.
No refund will be made if the client does not follow the return procedure.
Custom duties and taxes
All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU).

The customer also has to particularly maintain the security of his online transaction by not communicating his/her account details including username , email and password to anyone.Sera will not be responsible for any fraudulent use of this information in the case of the disclosure of any personal information that the customer is responsible of.
