All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU).
This means, customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These fees are calculated from the total invoice amount, including the shipping fee.
We cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for our customers. Any applicable fees will be communicated and collected from you by the carrier and need to be paid by you. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs might be prior to your order.
Pre-order items are not in stock and are made following the order confirmation. An item might be available as in stock or pre-order at any given time. The production times vary per item and we can only provide an approx. lead time for each item. Please note that a full payment is required at the time of the order.
If your item is in stock, it will be processed within the receipt of the confirmation e-mail. We will send you a confirmation email within 2 days of your order. The customers are informed of an approximate delivery time for each order or item if they are being shipped separately. You will receive updates on your order and lead times by e-mail. Please note that lead times can vary between in-stock items to pre-order. The delivery times can also vary from one product to another and due to shipping distance.
Shipping costs are not included in the prices and will be calculated in checkout. We are currently offering free shipping within Europe and Turkey. We offer flat-rate shipping rates worldwide depending on the shipping zone.
The customers will receive a notification and a tracking number when their order is ready to ship. We work with Colissimo and DHL Express and you will always have a tracking number.
If you select the option of pick up from the atelier in 75011, we will contact you by mail to organise your pick-up. If you don’t show up in the mutually agreed appointment time and date, we will have to reschedule your pick up.
The items ordered by the customer are delivered to the address indicated by the customer as delivery address on their order.
Please do not forget to indicate if you billing address and delivery address are different.
When returning an item, please do inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your original order number.
You can return your item within 14 days of receipt. Sera has the right to deny any returns after the 14 day period , items not returned in their original condition and items returned without following the return procedure.
Please let us know by email if you consider a return, to arrange the return. We can provide a pre-paid return label if you wish, but please note that any fees related to returns will be deducted from the return. If you’d like to return the items by a carrier of your choice, please provide us a tracking number. Please note that we do not responsibility for any packages that might get lost or damaged during the return.
Your refund in the case of return will be made within 14 days of receipt.
For international (non-EU) returns, you need to make 3 copies of a returns proforma invoice provided with your order – and clearly mark the item(s) returned, the return of the quantity and amount. You should finally sign and date this invoice. If you do not have this included in your package, please let us know and we will send you one by email and can help you to fill it. These 3 copies should be put in the packing slip outside of your package with your shipping label, either provided by us or you, to avoid any unnecessary duties and customs cost regarding the returns.
